摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,医疗机构接收捐赠时所形成的档案是历史的真实记录,对此开展收集与整理显得尤为重要。完善捐赠档案有助于帮助人们树立正确的财富观和价值观,彰显公共责任,有助于大力营造捐赠的良好氛围,激发企业和个人内在的捐赠意识,传承中国传统文化的博爱精神。因此,探讨的重点内容是医疗机构接收捐赠档案的具体收集范围及基本原则、方法。During the COVID-19 prevention and control,the files formed by medical institutions receiving donations are historical truthful records.It is very important to collect and sort out these files.Improving the donation files helps people to establish a correct outlook on wealth and values,show public responsibility,create a good atmosphere for donation,stimulate the internal donation consciousness of enterprises and individuals,and inherit the fraternity spirit of Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,the key content of the discussion is the specific collection scope,basic principles and methods of medical institutions receiving donation files.
