摘 要:为了清扫光伏板表面累积的灰尘,设计一款光伏板表面无水除尘装置。用有限元仿真法验证上端限位系统的刚度和强度;对传动轴进行轻量化设计;进行除尘试验并设计除尘率最高时的工作参数。上端限位系统的最大变形量为0.02802 mm,最大应力值为19.725 MPa,其刚度和强度足够;优化后传动轴的质量为0.47316 kg,比优化前减轻了40.84%;优化后的除尘率可以达到97.38%。该除尘装置具有高可靠性和高除尘率,能够实现对光伏板表面的无水除尘。In order to clean the dust accumulated on the surface of photovoltaic panels,a waterless dust removal device on the surface of photovoltaic panels is designed.The finite element simulation method is used to verify the stiffness and strength of the upper limit system.Lightweight design is carried out on the drive shaft.The dust removal test is carried out and the working parameters for the highest dust removal rate are designed.The maximum deformation of the upper limit system is 0.02802 mm,the maximum stress value is 19.725 MPa,and its rigidity and strength are sufficient;the mass of the drive shaft after optimization is 0.47316 kg,which is 40.84%less weight than before optimization;the dust removal rate after optimization is 97.38%.The dust removal device has high reliability and high dust removal rate,and can realize waterless dust removal on the surface of the photovoltaic panel.
