成形磨齿齿面粗糙度的试验探究

摘  要:通过试验研究了成形磨齿粗糙度的变化规律,并通过多元线性回归方法建立了齿面粗糙度与修整参数及磨削参数关系的数学模型,最后检验了模型及其各系数的显著性,结果表明:成形磨齿齿面粗糙度受修整速度比及修整重叠比影响最大;为了获得较好的齿面粗糙度,精磨阶段的最后一次冲程宜采用负的速度比和较高的修整重叠比,并降低冲程速度。This paper studies the change rule of the gear profile grinding roughness by experiment.The mathematical model of flank roughness of gear profile grinding about dressing parameters and grinding parameters is established by multiple linear regression method.Finally,the significance of the model and its coefficients is tested.The result show that the flank roughness is most affected by the dressing speed ratio and dressing overlap ratio.In order to obtain better flank roughness,negative dressing speed ratio and higher dressing overlap ratio should be adopted and reduce the stroke speed in the last stroke of the finishing stage.
