摘  要:设计了一种闭式飞机减速转向器锥齿轮副的啮合间隙检测装置,该装置通过配重的加力方向,使减速转向器大齿轮轴带动小齿轮轴顺转、逆转,测量杆接触花键套的测量基准面,百分表指针偏转读数即为锥齿轮副的啮合间隙;依据读数范围,调整大齿轮轴一端垫片或小齿轮轴一端螺塞位置,保证锥齿轮副0.05~0.10 mm的啮合间隙,从而形成科学的间隙调整方法。A meshing gap detection device for the bevel gear pair in the closed aircraft deceleration steering gear is designed.The device makes the gear shaft of the deceleration steering gear drive the pinion shaft forward and reverse through the weighting direction of the counterweight.The measuring rod contacts the measurement reference surface on the spline sleeve.The deflection reading of the dial pointer is the bevel gear pair meshing clearance;the position of the gasket on one end of the large gear shaft or the screw plug on the end of the small gear shaft is adjusted according to the reading range to ensure the meshing gap of the bevel gear pair 0.05~0.10 mm.A scientific gap adjustment method is formed.
