摘　　要：针对各大主机厂新车型同步开发项目的更高要求,基于多项目联合开发存在问题的现状调研,给出多项目并行快速开发的对策与案例,探索集成资源跨部门合作形成“车身联合开发团队”的方式,以便敏捷、低成本、高质量地开发项目。In response to the higher requirements of the original equipment manufacturer’s new model simultaneous development project,the countermeasures and cases for the rapid development of multiple projects in parallel are given based on the current situation investigation of the problems in the multi-project joint development.This paper explores the integration of resources to form a"joint development team of vehicle body"to develop projects with agility,low cost and high quality.
