单体对聚乙烯醇乳化行为的影响及大孔材料的制备

摘  要:以聚乙烯醇-1788(PVA-1788)为表面活性剂,研究了3种甲基丙烯酸酯系列水溶性单体对水包二氧化碳(C/W)型高内相乳液(HIPE)的形成及稳定性的影响,然后采用HIPE模板法制备了两种大孔材料。结果表明,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵的存在对C/W型HIPE的形成及稳定影响较小,所得乳液最高能稳定48 h;而甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯和甲基丙烯酸-N,N′-二甲氨乙酯的存在却不利于上述乳液的形成及稳定;扫描电子显微镜结果表明,所得材料存在丰富的孔结构,孔径在10μm及以上孔的数量占比均在50%左右。In this paper,the effects of three kinds of methacrylate-based water-soluble monomer on the emulsifying activity of poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA-1788)in CO2-in-water high interval phase emulsion(HIPE)were first investigated,and then two kinds of macroporous materials were prepared separately by the CO2-in-water high interval phase templating-polymerization.The results indicate that the presence of methacrylic acid-β-hydroxyethyl ester,or 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate reduces the stability of HIPEs.In contrast,the methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride shows active effects on the formation and stability of HIPEs,and the HIPE can keep stable for 48 h.Scannning electron microscopy results indicate that the two macroporous materials have abundant pore structures and the percentage of the pore size above 10μm is as high as 50%for both macroporous materials.
