摘　　要：城市机动车保有量激增与老旧城区泊位供给严重不足的矛盾,限制了各大城市核心区域的发展,利用城市大强度开发后的边角地块新建停车库成为缓解停车问题的途径之一。文中以某停车场为例,探究老旧城区车库建设选型及方案规划,为其他老旧城区提供方案参考。The contradiction between the sharp increase in the number of motor vehicles in cities and the serious shortage of parking lots in old urban areas limits the development of core areas of major cities.Building parking garages in remaining corner plots after large-scale development of cities.Taking a parking lot as an example,the construction,type selection and scheme planning of parking garages in old urban areas are discussed,which can serves as a reference for other old urban areas.
