摘　　要：轮胎式吊梁机是桥梁预制节段拼装施工的重要施工装备,文中结合DLT180型轮胎式吊梁机的功能特点和在项目中的使用情况,介绍了该设备的设计原理以及为满足高架桥梁预制节段吊装施工采用的关键技术。Wheel girder erection cranes are important equipment in the installation and construction of prefabricated bridge segments.Combining functional characteristics of DLT180 wheel girder erection cranes and their application in projects,design principles of this equipment and key technologies adopted to meet requirements on hoisting construction of prefabricated bridge segments are introduced.
