摘　　要：公安工作的性质使公安民警心理应激存在长期性和高强度性,其结果会导致民警出现各种不同程度的不良心理应激反应,不仅会影响到民警正常的生活和工作,也会阻碍公安工作的正常运行。从队伍建设、实战需要及民警的人本发展层面探讨心理应激应对教学训练的必要性,明确心理应激应对教学训练体系建设的目的在于降低民警心理应激生理反应程度、增强民警的心理应激防御能力,提升民警心理应激行为应对能力,进而根据训练目标有针对性地构建一套心理应激应对教学训练体系及其训练内容,以期打造具有过硬心理素质的公安铁军。The nature ofpolice work makes the police officers’psychological stress in a state of tension for a long time,and the result will cause the police to have various levels of adverse psychological stress reactions.It will not only affect the normal life and work of the police,but also hinder the normal operation of police work.This paper discusses the necessity of psychological stress response teaching training from the perspectives of team building,demands of actual operation,and the human-oriented development of the police,and proposes that the purpose of the construction of the psychological stress response teaching training system is to reduce the degree of police psychological stress and enhance the stress defense ability of individual police officers.It is proposed to construct a set of psychological stress coping teaching and training system and its training content according to the training objectives.
