摘 要:薄膜天线,具有柔性、低面密度特点,能够实现地面高效率折叠、在轨超大面积展开,是未来空间天线的重要发展方向之一。针对空间薄膜SAR天线制备需求,梳理了薄膜天线阵面金属电路阵列制备技术现状。研究了基于聚酰亚胺薄膜表面自金属化原理,通过注射涂印方式制备聚酰亚胺薄膜/金属银电路原理样件,测试了电路层电阻率,并开展了-196℃/+100℃高低温循环试验考核。结果表明,聚酰亚胺薄膜表面自金属化形成的银电路电阻率达到10-5Ω·cm级,能够满足薄膜SAR天线电性能需求;经过高低温循环试验后,聚酰亚胺薄膜/金属银电路之间结合牢固。本研究初步验证了聚酰亚胺薄膜表面自金属化制备柔性天线的技术可行性,为空间超轻型大面积薄膜SAR天线工程化研制提供了技术基础。Membrane antenna,with the characteristics of flexibility,low surface mass density,high ground-stowage efficiency and large in-orbit deployed area,is one of the important prospects of space antenna in the future.According to the preparation requirements of space membrane SAR antenna,the present situation of metal circuits array preparation technology of membrane antenna is reviewed.Based on the principle of surficial self-metallization of polyimide films,the metal silver(Ag)circuit was prepared on the surface of polyimide films by injection-coating method.Specific resistance of the Ag circuit was tested.And the flexible circuit specimen underwent the temperature cycling test at-196℃/+100℃.Results showed that the specific resistance of the polyimide film/silver metal circuit was about 10-5Ω·cm,able to meet the electrical performance requirements of membrane SAR antenna.And the polyimide film/Ag circuit were firmly bonded through the temperature cycling test.This research preliminarily verified the feasibility of the self-metallization technology for flexible antenna,and provided a technical basis for the engineering development of ultra-light,large-scale membrane SAR antenna in space.
