摘 要:针对伞形空间可展开天线的反射面索网结构预张力均匀化问题,提出了一种索网结构预张力优化与找形分析的方法。首先建立索网结构自应力平衡矩阵和预张力优化模型,通过遗传算法进行索网结构的预张力优化,获得一组优化的预张力作为初始值,然后采用非线性有限元方法对索网结构进行找形分析,以获得索网结构的型面精度。算例表明索网结构天线抛物面的节点型面精度达到了3.529×10^-6 mm(RMS)。The cable network structures are widely applied in deployable antenna and the protension forces of a cable network strucrure have a significant effect on sureface precision.The reflector shape and pretension froces must be properly desiged for operation in orbit.This paper proposes a pretnstion optimation and form finding approach for cable network structures of an umbrella-type deployable antenna.The self-stress balance matrix and pretension optimation models are estalished.The genetic algorithm is employed for solving the pretnsion optimation of the cable network structures.The initial values of the pretensions are obtained by sloving the optimation models.Nonliear finite element method,in which the initial values are used as input,is applied in the form-finding for a cable network structure.An example shows that the approach is effective for the pretension optimation and form-finding of a cable network structure and the high surface precision can be obtained.
