高频超声诊断乳腺导管扩张症的临床价值

摘  要:目的探讨乳腺导管扩张症应用高频超声诊断的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月于医院就诊的42例乳腺导管扩张症患者。以手术病理诊断结果为金标准,所有患者均接受高频超声检查,并将其检查结果与手术病理诊断结果进行对比。分析高频超声诊断乳腺导管扩张症的影像学特征与准确率。结果高频超声检查结果显示,有37例确诊为乳腺导管扩张症,诊断准确符合率达到88.10%,低于手术病理诊断符合率(100.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高频超声显示,乳腺导管扩张症的病理形态和内部回声包括4个特征:实性肿块型、囊肿型、囊实混合型及导管扩张型。结论高频超声诊断乳腺导管扩张症的临床应用价值相对较高,但检查时仍存在一定误差,需临床医师结合其他检查综合判断、临床表现和患者病史,以提高乳腺导管扩张症的诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the effect of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of mammary duct ectasia.Methods The research activity was carried out from February 2018 to February 2019,and 42 patients with breast catheterization were randomly selected.All patients were examined by high frequency ultrasound,and the results were compared with the results of surgical pathology.The imaging characteristics and accuracy of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of mammary duct ectasia were summarized.Results According to the results of high frequency ultrasound,37 cases were diagnosed as mammary duct dilatation,the accuracy rate of diagnosis reached 88.10%,which was lower than that of surgical pathology(100.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the pathological shape and internal echo of the patients,there were solid mass type,cyst type,cyst solid mixed type and duct dilatation type four characteristics.Conclusion The clinical application value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosing breast duct dilatation is relatively high,but there are still some errors in the examination.It requires clinicians to combine other examinations with comprehensive judgment,clinical manifestations and patient history to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast duct dilatation.
