左旋甲状腺素对临床甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋甲状腺素对临床甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂水平的影响。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年1月收治的70例甲状腺功能减退症患者。随机进行分组,常规组患者采取常规药物治疗,观察组患者则采取左旋甲状腺素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、甲状腺功能指标改善时间、治疗前后甲状腺功能指标以及血脂指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺功能指标改善时间短于常规组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FT3、FT4、TSH、TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C水平均优于常规组(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论应用左旋甲状腺素治疗甲状腺功能减退症患者可获得较好的预后,有助于缩短治疗时间,改善甲状腺功能以及血脂水平,且不会增加明显的不良反应,用药安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine treatment on serum lipids in patients with clinical hypothyroidism.Methods We selected 70 patients with hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to January 2018.Randomized groupings,patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional drugs,and patients in the observation group were treated with levothyroxine.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of thyroid function indexes,thyroid function indexes before and after treatment,blood lipid indexes,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the improvement time of thyroid function indexes in the observation group was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,TC,LDL-C,LDL-C,TG and HDL-C were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Applying levothyroxine to treat patients with hypothyroidism can get a better prognosis,help shorten the treatment time,improve thyroid function and blood lipid levels,and will not increase obvious adverse reactions,and the medication safety was high.
