耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗分泌性中耳炎患儿的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的评价耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗分泌性中耳炎患儿的疗效及安全性,为临床医师选择合理的治疗方案提供参考。方法选择2018年1月至2019年4月瓦房店六二六中医医院收治的82例分泌性中耳炎患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将患者分为试验组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。对照组给予耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、并发症发生情况和复发情况。结果试验组的临床总有效率、并发症总发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组和对照组的复发率分别为4.88%和7.32%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿分泌性中耳炎的临床治疗中,应用耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗可提高疗效,预防感染等因素引起的耳漏等并发症,安全性更好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tympanic tube placement under otoscope combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media,and to provide reference for clinicians to choose a reasonable treatment regimen.Methods A total of 82 children with secretory otitis media admitted to Wafangdian 626 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into experimental and control groups according to the random number grouping method,each with 41 example.The control group was given tympanic membrane tube treatment under otoscope,and the experimental group was combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate and the total incidence of complications of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were 4.88%and 7.32%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric secretory otitis media,the application of tympanic tube under otoscope combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops can improve the efficacy,prevent complications such as otorrhea caused by infection and other factors,and has better safety.
