消除脂血对临床生化检验常用指标干扰的方法比较

摘　　要：目的探究临床生化检验常用指标干扰消除脂血的方法对比。方法于2017年4月至2019年4月这一期间,选取到本院进行健康体检者55名作为研究对象,用真空采血管抽取受检人员空腹状态下的静脉血3 mL,将其制作成乳糜干扰物与高三酰甘油混合血清干扰物,进行高速离心法与离子水稀释法对临床生化常用指标进行检验。结果高速离心法在高三酰甘油混合血清干扰物中的低、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆固醇、丙氨酸转氨酶、前白蛋白、尿素以及葡萄糖相关系数均优于离子水稀释法;高速离心法在乳糜干扰物中的低、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆固醇、前白蛋白、尿素以及葡萄糖相关系数均优于离子水稀释法。结论与离子水稀释法相比,高速离心法对临床生化检验常用指标干扰消除脂血的效果更有效。Objective To explore the methods of eliminating seborrhea by interference of common indexes in clinical biochemical tests.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,55 healthy subjects were selected as the research subjects,and 3 mL venous blood of the subjects under fasting state was extracted by vacuum blood collection vessel,which was made into chyle interferent and hypertriglycerides mixed serum interferent,and the clinical biochemical common indexes were tested by high-speed centrifugation and ion water dilution methods.Results The correlation coefficients of low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,total cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase,prealbumin,urea and glucose in high triglyceride mixed serum interferent by high speed centrifugation were better than those by ion water dilution method.The correlation coefficients of low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,total cholesterol,prealbumin,urea and glucose in chyle interferent by high speed centrifugation were better than those by ion water dilution.Conclusion Compared with ion water dilution method,high-speed centrifugation method was more effective in eliminating seborrhea due to interference of common indexes in clinical biochemical tests.
