不同血液净化法治疗肾功能衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析不同血液净化法在为肾功能衰竭患者提供血液透析过程中的疗效。方法本次试验研究的对象为2018年2月至2019年2月在我院接受血液透析治疗的肾功能衰竭患者120例,根据其血液净化法的不同分为3组,给予血液透析的40例患者作为透析组,给予血液透析滤过的40例患者作为滤过组,给予血液透析联合血液灌流的40例患者作为联合组,对比分析3组患者的治疗效果。结果3组患者治疗前β2-微球蛋白、甲状腺旁素、血尿素氮以及肌酐、血磷和皮肤瘙痒等指标无明显差异(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后β2-微球蛋白、甲状腺旁素、血尿素氮以及肌酐、血磷和皮肤瘙痒等指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),且联合组患者改善幅度与透析组、滤过组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。在生活质量的比较上,联合组患者明显高于透析组与滤过组患者(P<0.05)。结论在为肾功能衰竭患者实施血液透析治疗的过程中,血液透析联合血液灌流的效果显著,可以更好地维持患者的血流动力学平衡,减少了患者瘙痒的严重程度,可以将其作为理想的血液净化法。Objective To analyze the efficacy of different blood purification methods in providing hemodialysis for renal failure patients.Methods The subjects of this experimental study were 120 renal failure patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.According to the different blood purification methods,they were divided into three groups,40 patients who received hemodialysis as dialysis group,40 patients who received hemodialysis filtration as filtration group,and 40 patients who received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion as combination group.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference inβ2-microglobulin,parathyroid hormone,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,blood scale and skin pruritus among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,β2-microglobulin,parathyroid hormone,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,blood scale and skin pruritus in the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement extent in the combined group was significantly different from that in the dialysis group and filtration group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the dialysis group and filtration group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of hemodialysis treatment for renal failure patients,hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has significant effect,which can better maintain the hemodynamic balance of patients,reduce the severity of pruritus of patients,and can be used as an ideal blood purification method.
