自制通脉膏治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者(ASO)应用自制通脉膏治疗后的临床效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法选择2018年1月至2019年3月我院收治的80例Ⅱ期ASO患者,随机分成A、B两组,各40例。A组给予自制通脉膏15 g,冲服,每日2次。B组给予通塞脉片,每日3次,每次6片,口服。1个疗程为40 d,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组疗效。结果A组患者治疗总有效率比B组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。A、B两组ABI指数治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组患者CHOL、LDL、TG、HDL、IMT、TNUT、SNUT治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组患者CHOL、TG治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组HDL、LDL、IMT、TNUT、SNUT治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与通塞脉片相比,自制通脉膏治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效更满意,具有调血脂、消斑块、通血管、改善血供等作用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)after applying self-made tongmai ointment,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods A total of 80 patients with stage II ASO admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was given 15 g of self-made tongmai ointment,which was taken twice a day.Group B was given tongsaimai tablets 3 times a day,6 tablets each time,orally.One course of treatment was 40 days,and both groups were treated for 2 courses.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The ABI index of the two groups A and group B were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences before and after treatment with CHOL,LDL,TG,HDL,IMT,TNUT,and SNUT in group A(P<0.05),group B patients had significant differences before and after treatment with CHOL and TG(P<0.05),group B HDL,LDL,IMT,TNUT,SNUT had no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with tongsaimai tablets,self-made tongmai ointment was more effective in treating lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,and has the effects of regulating blood lipids,eliminating plaques,venting blood vessels,and improving blood supply.
