支持性心理护理联合康复护理对改善乳腺癌患者根治术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨支持性心理护理联合康复护理对改善乳腺癌患者根治术后康复效果的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年11月医院收治的88例乳腺癌根治术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例,观察组通过支持性心理护理联合康复护理进行干预,对照组应用常规护理进行干预,比较两组的护理效果及满意度。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察患者护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者通过支持性心理护理联合康复护理服务进行干预能有效提升护理满意度,帮助患者改善不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of supportive psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing on improving the rehabilitation effect of breast cancer patients after radical operation.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing radical mastectomy in the hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened through supportive psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing.The group used routine nursing intervention.Compare the nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the observation groups,of patient after nursing on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)were lower than those of the control group,the KPS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of supportive psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing services for breast cancer patients can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,help patients improve their bad mood,and improve their quality of life.
