摘　　要：目的分析快速康复护理在腰椎间盘突出(LDH)髓核摘除术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的接受髓核摘除术治疗的92例LDH患者,根据随机抽样法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例),其中观察组患者接受快速康复护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比两组患者的住院时间,护理前后VAS评分、腰椎功能JOA评分、ADL评分、FIM评分,术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者腰椎功能JOA评分、ADL评分、FIM评分、VAS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的腰椎功能JOA评分、ADL评分、FIM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理可有效缩短接受髓核摘除术治疗的LDH患者的住院时间,减轻患者的疼痛症状,减少术后并发症的发生,促进其腰椎功能恢复,提高其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)undergoing nucleus pulposus resection.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,92 patients with LDH undergoing nucleus pulposus enucleation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).Patients in the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing,while patients in the control group received routine nursing care.The hospitalization time of the two groups of patients was compared,the VAS score,lumbar function JOA score,ADL score,FIM score,postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The JOA score,ADL score and FIM score of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients with LDH nucleus pulposus enucleation,reduce pain and postoperative complications,promote the recovery of lumbar function,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
