摘 要:为解决薄板成型过程中内圆角尺寸较大,不满足使用要求的问题,采用数值分析与理论相结合的方法对钣金件的成型过程进行仿真分析,并提供优化后的成型工艺方案,为类似薄板零件的折弯成型工艺提供新的方法。研究表明:采用在钣金件折弯处铣槽的方式,可有效减小内圆角的尺寸,为降低圆弧与平面交界处的突变,可将槽宽控制为板厚的2倍,以形成平滑过渡。In order to solve the problem that the inner corner size of sheet metal forming was large and did not meet the requirements,numerical analysis and theory method was combined to analyze the forming process of sheet metal parts.The optimized forming process scheme was provided in this paper,which provided a new method for the bending forming process of similar sheet metal parts.The results showed that the method of milling groove at the sheet bend could effectively reduce the size of the inner corner.In order to reduce the sudden change of the junction between the arc and the plane,the groove width should be controlled at 2 times of the sheet thickness.
