大别山连片特困地区城乡融合水平时空差异及障碍因素分析

摘　　要：基于2005-2017年大别山连片特困地区36个县域数据,从经济融合、社会融合、空间融合、生态融合四个维度构建城乡融合水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法对大别山连片特困地区城乡融合度进行测度,并运用障碍度模型揭示城乡融合发展的障碍因素。研究表明:第一,大别山连片特困地区城乡融合度整体呈上升趋势,各准则层融合度时序发展各有特征;第二,各地区城乡融合度差异明显,大体呈现南部高中间低,边缘高于腹心地区的态势;第三,城乡融合度空间演化特征为城乡融合度低的县域在减少;第四,城乡融合度的阻碍程度存在差异,依次为经济融合、社会融合、空间融合和生态融合。在此基础上提出以下对策建议:转变发展模式,助力乡村振兴;聚焦腹心地带,依托边缘地带;统筹各要素发展,走全面城乡融合发展道路等对策建议。Based on the data of 36 counties in Dabie Mountain contiguous destitute areas from 2005 to 2017,the index evaluation system of urban-rural integration is constructed from the four dimensions of economic integration,social integration,spatial integration and ecological integration.The entropy method is used to measure the level of urban-rural integration in Dabie Mountain contiguous destitute areas,and the obstacle model is used to reveal the obstacle factors of urban-rural integration.The results show that the overall urban-rural integration degree in Dabie Mountain contiguous destitute areas is on the rise,and the development of the integration degree of each criterion level has its own characteristics;the urban-rural integration degree of each region is significantly different,which is low in middle area and high in southern area,and the fringe area is higher than the hinterland area;the spatial evolution of urban-rural integration is characterized by the decrease of counties with low urban-rural integration;the degree of obstacles to urban-rural integration from high to low are economic integration,social integration,spatial integration and ecological integration.On this basis,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as changing the development mode,making contributions to the rural revitalization,focusing on the hinterland,relying on the marginal zone,coordinating the development of various elements,and comprehensively improving the integrated urban-rural development.
