竞争情报与创新驱动战略的理论契合与互动关系研究

摘　　要：结合当前“创新驱动发展”的时代背景,提出建立创新驱动战略的竞争情报保障机制,为科技创新战略制定提供决策参考和理论指导。应用理论研究法,通过对已有文献资料的剖析,阐述了创新驱动战略与竞争情报在理论上的契合关系,构建了创新驱动战略与竞争情报保障模型,分析了创新驱动战略实施阶段与竞争情报工作的互动关系,认为竞争情报对创新驱动战略实施具有智能决策支持与引领作用,创新驱动战略明确了竞争情报工作目标与内容,推动竞争情报工作的顺利开展。Combined with the current background of innovation-driven development,this paper puts forward the competitive intelligence guarantee mechanism of innovation-driven strategy to provide decision-making reference and theoretical guidance for the formulation of scientific and technological innovation strategy.Application theory research method,through the analysis of the existing literature,this paper expounds the relation between innovation driven strategy and competitive intelligence in theory,constructs the model of innovation driven strategy and competitive intelligence security,analyzes the interaction between innovation-driven strategy and competitive intelligence work in the implementation stage,thinks that competitive intelligence has intelligent decision support and guidance function on innovation driven strategy,the innovation-driven strategy clarifies the objectives and contents of competitive intelligence work and promotes the smooth development of competitive intelligence work.
