摘　　要：论文在对顺丰速运(常州)有限公司的企业数据进行调研的基础上,构建一种非射线方向距离函数的DEA模型,对顺丰速运(常州)有限公司的78个快递营业网点的服务绩效开展评估,得到了被评估营业网点服务绩效的量化效率值,以及在各个投入产出项上的改善空间。以此作为实证依据,提出快递业提升配速实效性、降低配送损坏率、改善快递业服务质量的对策建议。Based on the investigation of the enterprise data of SF Express(Changzhou)Company Limited,this paper constructs a non-ray directional distance function DEA model to evaluate the service performance of 78 express outlets of SF Express(Changzhou)Company Limited,and obtains the quantitative efficiency value of the service performance of the evaluated outlets,as well as the improvement gap in each input-output item.As an empirical basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of speed distribution,reduce the damage rate of distribution and improve the service quality of express delivery industry.
