硕士研究生就业能力的影响因素分析——以中国农业大学信电学院为例

摘　　要：每年高校毕业生就业状况都会引起社会的广泛关注。促进高校毕业生就业不仅关系到高校人才培养质量评价,也关系到国家改革发展稳定的大局。高校硕士研究生作为高质量人才能就业、就好业更是值得重点关注,为此本研究以高校硕士研究生为研究对象,针对研究生就业能力进行了问卷调查,并运用多元线性回归的方法研究了就业能力的影响因素,在综合分析的基础上提出了提升就业能力的策略与举措。促进硕士研究生就业工作始终是高校一项长期的重要任务,高校应该从人才培养的战略高度及教育管理的具体环节不断提高研究生的就业能力。Every year,the employment situation of college graduates will cause widespread concern of the society.To promote the employment of college graduates is not only related to the quality evaluation of talent training,but also related to the overall situation of national reform and development.As high-quality talents,postgraduate students in colleges and universities should be paid more attention to whether they can be employed and whether they can be better employed.To this end,this study took college graduate students as the research object,conducted a questionnaire survey on the employability of graduate students,and used multiple linear regression methods to study the influencing factors of employability.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,it proposed strategies and strategies for improving employability Initiatives.Promoting the employment of graduate students is always a long-term and important task for colleges and universities.,colleges and universities should continuously improve the employability of graduate students from the perspective of talent training strategy and specific links of education management.
