摘  要:目的调查疫情期间广州医科大学口腔医学院线上PBL教学现状,探讨教学过程中遇到的问题,分析原因并提出解决方案,推动线上PBL教学。方法采用问卷调查方法,于2020年5月对口腔医学院2016、2017、2018、2019级共250名学生进行问卷调查,共收到有效问卷223份。结果偏向线下PBL、线上PBL及对两者无偏向的学生比例分别为39.83%、26.27%、33.9%。其中偏向线上PBL的学生认为其优势有缓解紧张(67.74%)、课堂利用率高(67.74%)、资料多且查阅快(64.52%)以及答疑及时(51.61%)。偏向线下PBL的学生认为其优点主要有课堂精力集中(85.11%)、效率高(78.72%)、课前小组预讨论氛围好(76.6%)。课程使用的平台包括钉钉(44.92%)、腾讯会议(46.61%)、超星学习通(7.63%)。常见问题有网络卡顿(79.66%)、遇到环境干扰(57.63%)、注意力不集中(43.22%)等。结论疫情期间线上PBL教学取得优异的成效,但也存在一些问题,应继续完善线上软件平台的功能,学生和教师不断协调和适应,推动线上PBL教学的发展,提高教学质量。Objective To investigate the current situation of online PBL teaching in stomatology College of Guangzhou Medical University during the epidemic,discuss the problems encountered in the teaching process,analyze the causes and propose solutions to promote online PBL teaching.Methods In May 2020,a total of 250 students in 2016,2017,2018 and 2019 of stomatology department were investigated by questionnaire,and 223 valid questionnaires were received.Results 39.83%,26.27%and 33.9%of the students were biased to offline PBL,online PBL and non-biased.Among them,the students who prefer online PBL think its advantages are to relieve tension(67.74%),high classroom utilization rate(67.74%),more and faster access to materials(64.52%)and timely answering questions(51.61%).The students who prefer offline PBL think the advantages of PBL are mainly classroom concentration(85.11%),high efficiency(78.72%),and good group pre-discussion atmosphere(76.6%).The platform used in the course includes Dingtalk(44.92%),Tencent Meeting(46.61%),Superstar learning(7.63%).The common problems were network jam(79.66%),environmental disturbance(57.63%),inattention(43.22%).Conclusions During the epidemic period,online PBL teaching has achieved excellent results,but there are still some problems.We should continue to improve the functions of online software platform,and students and teachers should constantly coordinate and adapt to promote the development of online PBL teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
