摘 要:探讨纺纱过程中棉结和短绒率的变化规律。制定了3个试验方案,用USTER AFIS Pro2型单纤维检测仪测试不同工序半制品的棉结和短绒率的指标,在相同工艺、设备、落棉率和环境条件下进行对比分析,将试验所得的棉结、短绒率的变化情况与一般规律和企业标准做对比,判断工艺是否合理。总结了纺纱过程中棉结和短绒率的变化规律。认为:本研究3个试验方案的棉结和短绒率变化符合一般规律,说明企业设备状态和工艺配置良好。The change rule of nep and short fiber content during the spinning was discussed.Three experimental schemes were prepared.USTER AFIS Pro2 single fiber tester was used to test semi-finished product nep and short fiber content in different processes.Under same process,equipment,waste percentage and environment,comparation and analysis were done.The change situation of nep and short fiber content obtained in the experiment was compared with general rule and enterprise standard to judge the process reasonable or not.The change rule of nep and short fiber content during spinning was summarized.It is considered that the change rule of nep and short fiber content in the three experimental schemes meet the general rule.It means that the equipment condition and process configuration of the enterprise are well.
