条并卷机恶性疵卷的原因及解决措施

摘　　要：探讨条并卷机产生恶性疵卷的原因及排除措施。结合9种典型实例,分析了恶性疵卷产生的原因,提出了具体的排除方法。认为:熟练掌握上机工艺、运用机械、电气、气动控制检测系统的调试技巧和操作方法,在实践中不断总结积累经验,可以从根本上找到条并卷机产生恶性疵卷的解决办法。The cause and solution of serious defect lap from draw frame and lap machine combined were discussed.Combining nine typical examples,the causes of serious defect lap were analyzed.The detailed elimination methods were put forward.It is considered that the solving methods of serious defect lap produced in draw frame and lap machine combined can be found fundamentally by acquiring proficiency in the operation technology,utilizing the adjustment skills and operation method of the machinery,electric,pneumatic control detection system and continuously summarizing and gathering the experience in practice.
