几种布面质量问题的纺纱影响因素分析

摘　　要：探讨几种布面质量问题的产生原因与解决措施。介绍了纱线质量指标的内容及评价流程,简述了影响布面质量的几个因素。通过优化隔距块规格、改进原料手捡疵点把关工作、采用SPSS中T检验法分析强力与捻系数关系、改变织布工艺、保证后纺加湿时间等措施,解决了针织布面阴影多、细小纱疵多,竹节针织纱扭结断头,牛仔织物出现的粗经、风格差异,布面纱线排列不均匀、缩率差异以及牛仔织物用大倍数竹节纱的断头等问题,进而达到提高布面质量的目的。The cause and solution of several fabric surface quality issues were discussed.The contents and evaluation procedure of yarn quality indexes were introduced.Several factors affecting fabric surface quality were simply described.By taking the measures like optimizing the spacer,improving the supervisor for the raw material hand picking up defects,analyzing strength and twist multiplier by T test method in SPSS,changing the weaving process,ensuring the humidification time in back spinning and so on,the problems like more shadow and fine yarn defects on the surface of knitted fabric,slubby knitting yarn kink broken end,thick warp and style difference happened in denim fabric,unevenness yarn arrangement on the fabric surface,shrinkage difference and large multiple slub yarn broken end in denim fabric and so on were solved.Thus,the purpose to improve the fabric surface quality can be achieved.
