摘 要:针对环锭纺细纱牵伸过程中纤维运动难以控制、成纱条干较差等技术问题,分析了牵伸过程中二维应力对纤维运动的控制机理,提出了多单元分束须条、多维控制纤维运动的理论。设计了不同表观形态嵌入式后区双压力棒的组合试验以及装配嵌入式热场后区单压力棒的纺纱试验,分别探究其嵌入式微观结构与热场柔化特征对所纺纱线条干性能的影响。结果表明:成纱条干在嵌入式双压力棒的多维摩擦力界控制下得到了显著改善;双压力棒微观结构依次为“集聚⁃分散”时,其成纱条干CV与无压力棒相比降低了13.5%。认为:利用自控温型压力棒的降模柔化机制,协同嵌入式结构特征,可进一步改善成纱条干。Aimed at the technology problems like uncontrollability of fiber movement during the drafting process of ring spinning,worse yarn evenness and so on,the control theory of two-dimension stress on fiber movement during drafting process was analyzed.The theory of multiple units splitting sliver and multiple dimension control of fiber movement were put forward.The experimental combination with inserted back double pressure bar with different apparent forms and the assembled inserted thermal field back single pressure bar spinning experiments were designed.The influence of inserted micro-structure and thermal softening property on yarn evenness were researched respectively.The test results showed that the yarn evenness was obviously improved under the control of multiple friction field of inserted double pressure bar.When the double pressure bar micro-structures were condensed and separated successively,the yarn evenness CV was decreased 13.5%compared with that of without pressure bar.It is considered that the yarn evenness can be further improved by using the modulus decrease softening system of the temperature self-control pressure bar together with the synergistically inserting structure property.
