摘　　要：介绍USTER专家系统的主要功能和应用效果。阐述了USTER Quantum Experts3型专家系统的主要功能,结合JC/T 60/4014.6 tex混纺集聚纱生产实例,对生产质量数据进行了分析,提醒生产异常,加强了质量追踪与控制,实现了数据采集与工艺设定的集成优化,实现了对纱线质量的实时在线监测和控制。认为:UTSER专家系统益于生产管理、提高生产效率,利于纺纱厂数字化和智能化能力的提升。The main functions and application effects of USTER expert system were introduced.The main functions of USTER Quantum Experts3 expert system were explained.Combining with JC/T 60/4014.6 tex blended condensed yarn production example,production quality data were analyzed.Production abnormalities were reminded.Quality tracking and control were strengthened.Integration and optimization of data acquisition and process setting were realized.Real-time online monitoring and control of yarn quality were realized.It is considered that UTSER expert system is beneficial to production management,improving production efficiency and improving digitization and intelligence capabilities of spinning mills.
