浆纱断头的原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：总结影响浆纱断头的因素,并提出相关解决措施。从原纱质量、浆液质量、浆纱工艺、浆纱操作、浆纱设备等方面,分析了造成浆纱断头的原因,提出了降低浆纱断头、提高浆纱好轴率和浆纱质量的对策。指出:原纱质量是基础;要严格遵循相似相溶原理选择浆料;要根据浆纱设备实际情况优化浆纱工艺和操作。认为:降低浆纱断头率是一项复杂的系统工程,需要各方面共同努力才能实现较好的效果。Factors affecting sized yarn broken end were summarized and relevant solutions were proposed.From the aspects of raw yarn quality,sizing quality,sized process,sizing operation and sizing equipment,causes of sized yarn broken ends were analyzed.Countermeasures of sized yarn broken ends reduction,sizing good-beam rate improvement and sizing quality were proposed.It was pointed out that raw yarn quality was the basis.Size should be selected strictly following principle of similar compatibility,sizing process and operation should be optimized according to actual situation of sizing equipment.It is considered that reducing sizing yarn broken end is a complex system engineering,better results can be obtained through the effects of all parties.
