摘　　要：总结一款棉亚麻混纺立体花纹家纺面料的生产技术。以JC/亚麻80/2014.5 tex混纺纱为经、纬纱,开发一款幅宽315 cm的家纺面料。介绍了经、纬纱质量指标;分析了该产品的生产难点;总结了整经、浆纱、织造工序采取的工艺及技术措施,保证了产品的顺利生产。实测坯布下机经密673.5根/10 cm,纬密276.5×2根/10 cm,幅宽314.5 cm。认为:开发的织物可用于家纺被罩面料,也可用于家纺装饰面料,例如窗帘、沙发罩等。Production technologies of cotton flax blended three-dimensional pattern home textiles fabric were summarized.JC/flax 80/2014.5 tex blended yarn was used as warp and weft,home textiles fabric with 315 cm width was developed.Quality indicators of warp and weft were introduced.Production difficulties of the product were analyzed.Process and technology measures adopted in warping,sizing and weaving processes were summarized,successful production of the product was ensured.Warp density of measured grey fabric was 673.5 ends/10 cm,weft density was 276.5×2 ends/10 cm and width was 314.5 cm.It is considered that the developed fabric can be used for home textile quilt cover fabric,as well as home textiles decorative fabric,such as curtain and sofa cover.
