用湿热动风方配合针刺法、闪罐法治疗面部肌肉痉挛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨用湿热动风方配合针刺法、闪罐法治疗面部肌肉痉挛的效果。方法:选取2013年至2019年期间某医院收治的60例面部肌肉痉挛患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为观察组和对照组。为观察组患者采用湿热动风方配合针刺法、闪罐法进行治疗,为对照组患者采用卡马西平片进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者中面部肌肉痉挛强度分级为0级的患者所占的比例高于对照组患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05;观察组患者中面部肌肉痉挛强度分级为2级、4级的患者所占的比例均低于对照组患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05。结论:用湿热动风方配合针刺法、闪罐法治疗面部肌肉痉挛的效果较为理想。Objective:To investigate the effect of Damp-heat Dynamic Wind Recipe combined with acupuncture and flash pot in the treatment of facial muscle spasm.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with facial muscle spasm admitted to a hospital from 2013 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.These patients were equally divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group were treated with Damp-heat Dafeng Decoction,acupuncture method and flash pot method,and patients in the control group were treated with carbamazepine tablets.Then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05;The proportion of patients with grade 0 facial muscle spasm intensity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with grade 2 and grade 4 facial muscle spasm intensity in the observation group was lower than that of the corresponding patients in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Damp-heat dynamic wind prescription combined with acupuncture and flash pot treatment of facial muscle spasm effe ct is more ideal.
