摘　　要：前列腺癌是发生在前列腺上皮的恶性肿瘤。该病患者主要的临床表现为排尿异常、勃起功能障碍等。前列腺癌常发生在年龄>65岁的男性人群中。本文主要介绍1例前列腺癌伴单侧睾丸转移患者的临床表现、检查方法、治疗方法及其预后,旨在为临床上诊治该病提供参考和借鉴。Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor occurring in the prostate epithelium.The main clinical manifestations of this disease are abnormal urination and erectile dysfunction.Prostate cancer most often occurs in men with age>of 65 years.This article mainly introduces the clinical manifestations,examination methods,treatment methods and prognosis of a case of prostate cancer with unilateral testicular metastasis,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
