非离子型碘造影剂所致不良反应特点的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析非离子型碘造影剂所致不良反应的特点。方法:选择近年来在人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八〇医院使用非离子型碘造影剂后发生不良反应的6例患者作为研究对象。对这些患者的病历资料进行回顾性研究,分析并总结非离子型碘造影剂所致不良反应的特点。结果:在这6例患者中,使用碘克沙醇注射液后发生不良反应的患者有4例,使用碘普罗胺注射液和碘佛醇注射液后发生不良反应的患者各有1例。这6例患者在使用非离子型碘造影剂后均发生轻度皮疹,其中有1例患者同时发生眼睑肿大。在这6例患者中,有4例患者在用药后的第2天发生不良反应,有1例患者在用药后的第4天发生不良反应,有1例患者在用药30 min后发生不良反应。这6例患者在使用盐酸西替利嗪分散片、盐酸苯海拉明注射液等药物进行治疗后其不良反应均消失。结论:与碘普罗胺注射液和碘佛醇注射液相比,碘克沙醇注射液更易引起不良反应。患者在使用非离子型碘造影剂后发生的不良反应主要是皮疹,且其多在用药后的第2天发生不良反应,经对症治疗其不良反应的转归情况良好。Objective:To investigate and analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by nonionic iodine contrast agents.Methods:In recent years,6 patients with adverse reactions of non-ionic iodine-contrast agent in the 980th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force were selected as the research subjects.The medical records of these patients were retrospectively studied to analyze and summarize the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by non-ionic iodine contrast agents.Results:Among the 6 patients,4 patients had adverse reactions after using iodoxadol injection,and 1 patient each had adverse reactions after using iodoprolamide injection and iodopropadol injection.All the 6 patients developed mild rash after the use of nonionic iodine contrast agent,and 1 patient also developed eyelid enlargement.Among the 6 patients,4 patients had adverse reactions on the second day after administration,1 patient had adverse reactions on the fourth day after administration,and 1 patient had adverse reactions 30 minutes after administration.The adverse reactions of these 6 patients disappeared after treatment with Cetirizine hydrochloride dispersive tablets,Diphenhydramine hydrochloride injection and other drugs.Conclusion:Iodoxadol injection is more likely to cause adverse reactions than Iodoprolamide injection and Iodovol injection.The main adverse reactions of the patients after the use of non-ionic iodine contrast agents were skin rash,and most of the adverse reactions occurred on the second day after the use of i odine-based contrast agents,and the prognosis of adverse reactions was good after symptomatic treatment.
