王氏保赤丸外敷法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究用王氏保赤丸外敷法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取太仓市中医医院2017年1月至2019年9月收治的肺炎喘嗽患儿100例,采用随机数表法将其分为对比组与王氏保赤丸组,每组50例。为对比组患儿采用地氯雷他定干混悬剂联合硫酸特步他林雾化液进行治疗,在此基础上为王氏保赤丸组患儿采用王氏保赤丸外敷法进行治疗,然后对比两组患儿的临床疗效、各项临床表现的积分和不良反应的发生率。结果:王氏保赤丸组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对比组患儿,P<0.05。治疗后,王氏保赤丸组患儿喘息症状、呼吸困难症状、咳嗽症状、肺部啰音的积分均低于对比组患儿,P<0.05。两组患儿不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用王氏保赤丸外敷法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效显著,可有效地改善患儿的临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of external application of Wangshibaochi pill on children with pneumonia and cough.METHODS:A total of 100 children with pneumonia and cough admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into comparison group and Wangshi Baochi pill group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with desoratadine suspension combined with terbataline sulfate atomization solution,and on this basis,the children in the Wang Shi Bao Chi Pill group were treated with external application of Wang Shi Bao Chi Pill.Then,the clinical efficacy,the scores of various clinical manifestations and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of Wangshi Baochi pill group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wheezing symptoms,dyspnea symptoms,cough symptoms and pulmonary rales in Wangshi Baochi pill group were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was P BBB 0.05.Conclusion:The external application of Wang Shibaochi pill in the treatment of children with pneumonia and cough has a significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with high safety.
