摘　　要：目的:分析导致接受静脉输液治疗的患儿发生静脉穿刺失败的危险因素。方法:选择2019年1月至6月在扬州市江都妇幼保健院接受静脉输液治疗的117例患儿作为研究对象。统计对这117例患儿进行静脉穿刺时其一次性穿刺的失败率,并对相关资料进行分析,从中找出导致接受静脉输液治疗的患儿发生静脉穿刺失败的原因。结果:在对这117例患儿进行静脉穿刺(共进行968次)时,一次性穿刺失败的次数为32次(占3.31%)。对其进行静脉穿刺失败的原因主要是护理人员静脉穿刺技术较差、患儿的家长不配合护理人员对患儿进行静脉穿刺、患儿静脉不明显、患儿哭闹、护理人员对穿刺针进行固定的方法不当、患儿静脉血液流动的速度缓慢等。结论:导致接受静脉输液治疗的患儿发生静脉穿刺失败的危险因素包括护理人员静脉穿刺的技术较差、患儿的家长不配合护理人员对患儿进行静脉穿刺、患儿的静脉不明显、患儿静脉血液流动的速度缓慢及患儿哭闹等。Objective:To analyze the risk factors for venipuncture failure in children receiving intravenous infusion therapy.METHODS:A total of 117 children who received intravenous infusion in Jiangdu Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yangzhou City from January to June 2019 were selected as the subjects.The failure rate of one-time puncture in these 117 children was statistically analyzed,and the relevant data were analyzed to find out the reasons for venipuncture failure in the children receiving intravenous infusion therapy.Results:In the 117 cases of venipuncture(968 times in total),the number of one-time puncture failure was 32 times(3.31%).The main reasons for the failure of venipuncture are the poor venipuncture technology of nursing staff,the parents of the children do not cooperate with the nursing staff for venipuncture,the veins of the children are not obvious,the children are crying,the methods of fixing the puncture needle are improper,the speed of blood flow of the children’s veins is slow,etc.Conclusion:The risk factors for venipuncture failure in children receiving intravenous infusion therapy include poor venipuncture technique of nursing staff,parents of children who do not cooperate with nursing staff for venipuncture,children’s veins are not obvious,the speed of venous blood flow is slow,children’s crying,etc.
