摘 要:针对光气法生产聚碳酸酯副产高盐废水,采用气浮、催化氧化、吸附等多级联合技术处理,以达到去除聚碳高盐废水中有机物的目的。考察了pH值、温度、氧化剂类型、投加量、停留时间对处理效果的影响。盐水温度40℃,pH值为4.0,12%次氯酸钠溶液投加量为0.05%(质量分数),27%双氧水溶液0.01%(质量分数),催化氧化床的停留时间为20 min,活性炭吸附床的停留时间为25 min,盐水中TOC的去除率最高达96.8%,实现盐水再利用。By multi-stage combined technologies such as air flotation,catalytic oxidation and adsorption organic matters in the high salinity wastewater are used to remove which is produced from polycarbonate production by phosgene process.The treatment effects of pH value,temperature,oxidant type,dosage and residence time are investigated.When the mass fractions of water temperature at 40℃,pH value is 4,12%sodium hypochlorite solution of 0.05%and 27%hydrogen peroxide solution dosage of 0.01%(mass fraction),catalytic oxidation bed residence time is 20 min,the activated carbon adsorption bed residence time is 25min,the multistage combination process exhibites the best activity for the high salinity polycarbonate wastewater reused which the removal rate of TOC in water is up to 96.8%.
