摘  要:为了分析不同心音信号的时频域特征,首先使用离散小波变换对心音信号进行降噪预处理,然后分别基于短时傅里叶变换和Choi⁃Williams分布对心音进行时频联合分析,比较正常和异常心音信号在时频域的不同特征。在此基础上,利用研制的电子听诊器采集人体心音,采用开发的心音信号分析方法对信号进行时频分析,并提取出相关特征参数。实验结果表明,基于便携式电子听诊器的心音时频分析可以有效区分正常心音与异常心音,为心音诊断提供辅助依据。In order to analyze the time⁃frequency domain features of various heart sound signals,the discrete wavelet transform is used to perform the noise reduction preprocessing of the heart sound signals,the time⁃frequency conjoint analysis of heart sounds is performed on the basis of short⁃time Fourier transform and Choi⁃Williams distribution,and the different features of normal and abnormal heart sounds in time⁃frequency domain are compared.On this basis,the developed electronic stethoscope is used to collect the heart sounds of human body,and the developed analysis method of heart sound signal is used to carry out the time frequency analysis of the signal and extract the correlated feature parameters.The experimental results show that the heart sound time⁃frequency analysis based on the portable electronic stethoscope can effectively distinguish the abnormal heart sounds from the normal heart sounds,which provides an auxiliary basis for the diagnosis of heart sounds.
