摘　　要：以提升影视录播字幕检测与字幕同步控制效果为目的,设计智能化影视录播字幕远程控制系统。系统通过界面层输入控制命令,硬件设施层接收控制命令后,采集由调谐器流入的、包含字幕数据的影视录播相关数据传入组件层。组件层通过字幕边缘处理分离各视频帧图像中的字幕,对分离出的字幕图像实施累积边缘图像处理,获取边缘子图,在边缘子图内定位字幕区域,通过颜色二值化处理与去噪,获取清晰字幕子图,采用OCR文字识别软件实现字幕检测控制。以时间参数为参照系,通过统一字幕数据与影视视频数据时间戳的形式确保字幕与视频图像间的同步控制。协议层在组件层基础之上接收、发送字幕数据,处理电视台与字幕切换相关的逻辑关系。实验结果显示,该文系统可有效实现字幕显示、检测和同步功能,字幕误匹配率始终维持在0.02%左右。An intelligent subtitle remote control system for video recording and broadcasting is designed to improve the effect of subtitle detection and subtitle synchronization control in the video recording and broadcasting.In the system,the control command is inputted through the interface layer,and the hardware facility layer receives the control command,collects the related video recording and broadcasting data flowing in from the tuner and containing the subtitle data,and transfers it to the component layer.The component layer separates the subtitles in each video frame image by means of the subtitle edge processing,performs the cumulative edge image processing on the separated subtitle image to obtain the edge sub image,locates the subtitle area in the edge sub image,obtains the clear subtitle sub image by means of the color and binarization processing and denoising,and realizes the subtitle detection and control by means of the OCR text recognition software.Taking the time parameter as the reference system,the synchronization control between subtitle and video image is ensured by unifying the timestamp form of subtitle data and video data.On the basis of component layer,the protocol layer receives and sends subtitle data to process the related logical relationship between TV station and subtitle switching.The experimental results show that the system can effectively achieve the subtitle display,detection and synchronization functions,and the mismatching rate of subtitle is always around 0.02%.
