摘　　要：笔者结合自身参与阜宁县第一次和第二次全国污染源普查的工作经验,针对非织造布制造行业的污染排放,从生产工艺、产污环节、产排污核算、存在问题、对策及建议等几方面开展非织造布制造行业污染管控研究。Based on the working experience of the first and the second national pollution source survey in Funing County,the author carried out the research on pollution control of non-woven fabric manufacturing industry from the aspects of production process,pollution production link,production and pollution accounting,existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions.
