边民经商的结构、实践与转型——基于宏观结构与微观行动的关联性考察

摘　　要：通过对宏观政治机会结构与微观边民经商的关联性考察,发现二者是一种单向的形塑与被形塑的关系。无论是计划经济时期、经济转轨时期抑或市场经济时期,边民经商的历史演变与行动策略、商业实践与经营转型均深深地嵌入政治机会结构之中。集体沉默、矛盾心理和跨界行动是边民基于政治机会认知和经商成本评估所做出的理性选择。深入改革经济政治体制,构筑民心相通之路是优化边民经商政治机会空间的当务之急和根本之途。A diachronic survey of the correlation between macro transition of political opportunity structure and micro development of border people’s business shows that there is a unidirectional relation between the shaping and the shaped. No matter in the periods of planned economy,economic transition or market economy,the historical development and action strategy,commerce practice and transformation of border people’s business are all deeply embedded in the political opportunity structure. Based on political opportunity awareness and business cost assessment,border people believe that collective silence,ambivalence and cross-border action are rational choices. The fundamental way to resolve the political opportunity space of the border people lies in carrying out reforms in economic and political system,building the road of people’s common heart.
