摘  要:以北京某典型热力隧道穿越独立基础建筑物工程为依托,在对建筑物进行详细检测的基础上,应用三维数值模拟的方法,分析了热力隧道施工对既有建筑物产生的影响,并提出了相应的变形控制措施。研究成果表明:1)应结合建筑物现状检测结果和相关规范,提出热力隧道施工期间的变形控制标准,并依此控制施工期间建筑物的变形;2)热力隧道施工过程中,建筑物垂直热力隧道方向的沉降量和差异沉降远大于平行热力隧道方向,应对其进行严格监测;3)采用倾斜钢管桩加固措施可有效解决近距离穿越建筑物工况下既有建筑物的保护问题,建筑物的变形量及差异沉降均可控制在变形允许值范围内。This paper takes a typical heat power tunnel engineering in Beijing crossing individual foundation building as an example.Based on the detailed detection of the building,the influence of heat tunnel construction on existing buildings is analyzed by using three-dimensional numerical simulation and the corresponding deformation control measures are proposed.The research results show:1)During the construction of thermal tunnel,the deformation control standard should be proposed according to the test of the current situation of buildings and related specifications,and applied to the construction.2)It is should be strictly monitored that the settlement and differential settlement of buildings in the vertical thermal tunnel direction are much larger than those of parallel direction.3)Under conditions of close crossing the building,the reinforcement measures with inclined steel pipe piles are effectively to solve the protection of existing buildings.The deformation and differential settlement of the building can be controlled within the allowable deformation value.
