摘  要:目的:利用高效液相色谱法,分析不同地区卷柏化学成分的差异;通过指纹图谱软件分析不同地区卷柏的共有峰,旨在为临床上更加充分利用卷柏属药用植物提供可靠依据。方法:色谱柱Agilent Eclipse C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为330nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20uL。结果:建立了不同产地卷柏样品HPLC指纹图谱,各色谱峰分离度良好,卷柏HPLC指纹图谱相似度高达0.901~0.983。结论:本实验所用研究方法简单易行,精密度高,重复性、稳定性良好,可作为卷柏指纹图谱的建立及质量控制的方法。Objective:To analyze the difference of chemical constituents of cypress in different regions by high performance liquid chromatography.The fingerprint software was used to analyze the common peaks of cypress in different areas in order to provide a reliable basis for making full use of cypress medicinal plants in clinic.Methods:Chromatography column Agilent Eclipse C18(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 meters),mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 330 nm,the column temperature was30℃,and the injection volume was 20 ul.Results:HPLC fingerprints of cypress from different habitats were established,and the chromatographic peaks were well separated.The similarity of cypress fingerprint was as high as 0.901~0.983.Conclusion:The research method used in this experiment is simple and feasible,with high precision,repeatability and good stability,which can be used as a method of fingerprint establishment and quality control for thecypress.
