摘 要:目的:论证中药饮片切制规格下中药汤剂的煎煮质量与效果。方法:抽选云南省玉溪市中医医院接收的80例中风患者,采用抽签分组法将其分为实验组与对照组,实验组给予患者中药饮片切制规格监管,对照组患者未给予中药饮片切制规格监管,将2组患者的治疗有效率、治疗满意度、生活质量评分、中药汤剂煎服不良事件发生率进行比较。结果:两组患者之间的治疗满意度存在极大的差异,组间差异明显。结论:中药饮片切制规格管理可以有效的提高中药煎煮质量,提升患者治疗效果与满意度。Objective:To demonstrate the decoction quality and effect of Chinese herbal decoctions under cut specifications.Methods:80 stroke patients received by Yunnan Yuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are selected and divided into experimental group and control group by lottery grouping method.The experimental group is supervised by the specifications of cutting Chinese medicine pieces,while the control group is not given Chinese medicine pieces.System specification supervision,the treatment efficiency,treatment satisfaction,quality of life score,and the incidence of adverse events of traditional Chinese medicine decoction are compared between the two groups of patients.Results:There are great differences in treatment satisfaction between the two groups of patients,and the differences between the groups are obvious.Conclusion:The management of cutting specifications of Chinese herbal medicine can effectively improve the quality of Chinese herbal decoction,and improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients.
