摘  要:目的:深入对比细菌耐药机制促进抗生素合理有效使用。方法:选取采用抗生素治疗的患者120例。随机单双数法分为对照组60例为常规用药指导,观察组60例接受细菌耐药机制指导,对比两种干预方式下医院感染管理质量以及临床医师对于抗生素合理使用知识掌握度。结果:观察组管理方式下抗生素不合理用药、联合用药以及医院感染等各种问题出现机率更低(P<0.05);观察组患者耐药机制、药物等级划分、轮替制度等评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论:对细菌耐药机制进行全方位分析之后发现,通过分析指导可提升医院感染管理质量和医师对于用药知识的掌握度,从而促使抗生素可正确使用。Objective:To compare the mechanism of bacterial resistance and promote the rational and effective use of antibiotics.Methods:120 patients treated with antibiotics in Haicang Hospital of Xiamen city are selected.60 cases in the control group are randomly divided into the control group under the guidance of routine drug use,and 60 cases in the observation group under the guidance of bacterial drug resistance mechanism.The quality of hospital infection management under the two in-tervention methods and the knowledge of clinicians on rational use of antibiotics are compared.Results:The incidence of unreasonable antibiotic use,com bined antibiotic use and nosocomial infection is lower in the observation group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the drug resistance mechanism,,drug grade classification and rotation system are all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:After a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of bacterial resistance,it is found that the quality of hospital infection management and physicians'knowledge of drug use could be improved through analysis and guidance,so as to promote the correct use of antibiotics.
