摘  要:采用含毒介质生长速率法测定2-巯基苯并噻唑锰锌对禾生腐霉菌的室内毒力,并将该药剂制成20%悬浮剂,研究其防治玉米茎基腐病的田间防效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明,2-巯基苯并噻唑锰锌对菌丝生长抑制的EC 50为50.8651 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,20%2-巯基苯并噻唑锰锌悬浮剂120 g/hm^(2)拌种处理防治玉米茎基腐病的效果优于传统杀菌剂80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂120 g/hm^(2),对玉米的增产效果也明显优于80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂120 g/hm^(2),对玉米出苗时间没有影响,玉米出苗率略有增加。The toxicity of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc were tested against the corn stalk rot pathogens by toxic media method in lab,and their field control efficacy test was also carried out by 20% 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc aqueous suspension concentrate.The results indicated that 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc EC 50 was 50.8651 mg/L for mycelial growth was respectively.The field control efficacy test results showed that seed mixing with 20% 2-thibenzothiazole manganese zinc suspension 120 g/hm^(2) had a better effect than the traditional fungicide 120 g/hm^(2),80%mancozeb wettable powder,significantly better than the 80%mancozeb wettable powder 120 g/hm^(2),had no effect on the emergence time of corn,and the emergence rate of corn was slightly increased.
