药食同源林果业专利布局及发展态势分析

摘　　要：为促进我国药食同源林果领域企业掌握最新技术研发方向、提升药食同源林果行业专利战略运用水平和创新能力,利用IncoPat科技创新情报平台为数据源,从专利申请趋势、技术领域分布、地域分布、申请人排名等方面对国内药食同源林果领域技术发展态势进行综合分析。明确了该领域的发展趋势、技术热点、行业领先企业,为我国药食同源林果领域产业发展提出了对策建议。In order to promote enterprise to master the latest technology research and development direction in the field of medicinal-edible fruit, and to enhance the patent strategy application level and innovation ability of medicinal-edible forest fruit field in China from the aspects of patent application trend, technical field distribution, geographical distribution and applicant ranking by using IncoPat science and technology innovation information platform as the data source. We analyzed the development trend, technological hot spots and leading enterprises, which put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of medicinal-edible forest fruit field in China.
