摘　　要：A high-sensitivity and low-background neutron detector has been developed to measure the cross section of the 13C(a,n)16O reaction at Gamow window at the Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)[1]located at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)[2].
