摘　　要：高速烟气环流技术是指采用燃烧器产生的高速烟气流围绕被加热板坯循环,从而实现快速均匀加热的效果。在数值模拟的基础上,将该技术首次应用于辊底式热处理炉,生产数据实践表明该方案具备良好的节能效果,同时热处理温度均匀性优异。The high-speed flue gas circulation technology refers to the use of high-speed flue gas flow generated by the burner to circulate around the heated slab,so as to achieve the effect of rapid and uniform heating.On the basis of numerical simulation,the technology was applied to a roller-hearth heat treatment furnace for the first time.The production data practice shows that the scheme has good energy-saving effects and the heat treatment temperature uniformity is excellent.xcellent.
